Project Overview

Lipalater is an innovative e-commerce platform designed to facilitate seamless purchases at over 500 retailers, allowing customers to spread payments over flexible monthly installments. User Research Approach

Conducted qualitative research through surveys with seven users and analysis of existing customer reviews on the Play Store. This research aimed to capture user sentiment, identify common issues, and gather suggestions for improvements.
