- Redesign the Ticketsasa website and mobile application to improve user experience.
- Ensure consistency and synchronization between the mobile app and the website to enhance usability.
Research

- Utilized a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Conducted interviews with 12 users to understand detailed user interactions with the Ticketsasa website.
- Surveyed 20 individuals to gather broader insights into user preferences and challenges.
Key Insights:
- Users need more detailed information about events and destinations.
- Users experience difficulties navigating the current website and mobile app interface.

- Technology Usage: Uses website application and is active on social networks.
- Goals: Wants to explore new places, attend more events, and access comprehensive details to plan his activities.
- Frustrations: Encounters poor user experiences, difficulty filtering searches, and a lack of detailed event information.
Empathy Mapping
Purpose:
- To better understand and visualize the emotional and cognitive state of the target users based on insights gathered from interviews.
- Helped to shape a more user-centered design approach by considering users’ feelings, actions, pains, and gains.

Sketch and Wireframing
Process:
- Began by sketching low-fidelity wireframes on paper to layout the initial design concept.
- Progressed to creating high-fidelity wireframes that detailed more intricate design elements and functionalities.

Added breadcrumbs for navigation ease, detailed event descriptions, location details, a section for similar events, and customer reviews to assist in decision-making.
Blog Page
Improved UI for better reading experience, added similar blog suggestions at the end of each article, and enabled blog filtering by categories.
Login Page
Streamlined the interface to facilitate easier browsing of packages and their detailed descriptions.
